CLEAN & MANY GOOD FEATURES...

Liked: The cleaner Wei,Vivien the manager Viki & the owner Vivien are all very friendly & I think they do try their best BUT I got the strong impression that there is real hesitancy on spending any extra Dollars. There is a modern kettle ,toaster, microwave,pots,pans & cutlery & glasses. Our room was nice & clean when we arrived in the wee hours & we appreciated the heater & inside lights were on. The shower pressure IS very good BUT the water temperature is rather hard to control.No noise,quiet room,close to city & many nearby places to shop,eat & get petrol .4 pillows & 2 cushions provided. 2 extremely comfy recliner chairs with foot stools but 1 of the 2 kitchen chairs had a rip in it & had been repaired with duct tape Limited hours for office,especially on weekends, good internet,good heater,netflix available, nice pot plants & garden area as well as BBQ & gazebo area & on site laundry, plenty power points,wine glasses as well as normal drinking glasses,ANNOYED as booked through booking.com & stated reservation confirmed & pay absolute FINAL price at motel BUT & no mention of credit cards fees BUT when go to pay was told it was an extra 3% as pay via credit card - will speak to booking.com about this as we felt ripped off ! Also only place we have had to pay a deposit.
Disliked: 1/ It was the first time ever in well over 40 years of staying in countless motels & extensively travelling all around world that I had to ask WHY were our towels NOT replaced with clean ones when I left wet towels & floor mat inside the shower.That IS a standard thing ! The manager Yuki had absolutely no idea when I asked WHY were the towels not replaced, she was not aware & had a vacant look on her face & didn't know it was a standard thing for guests to do. There obviously is a severe lack of training especially since she is the manager here ! 2/ Then In 3 days no one emptied the bathroom bin which was overflowing.3/ The King size bed in our room was extremely hard & I barely slept for 2 nights. I asked the 2nd morning for mattress topper & I was got told that they had to order from their suppliers.When I said they can buy any goods as a business from even the local Spotlight or anywhere that they finally replaced the king size bed mattress top with a queen size mattress on top of a king sized bed base on the 3rd day aka our last night so I finally had ONE good nights sleep out of 3 nights > 4/ No rooms have working globes in the outdoor lights so if you want to get something from your car at night you do so in total darkness as there is absolutely no lighting outside in the whole motel.All other motels in the local area have outside lighting ! 5/ ONLY 2 coat hangers are provided. 6/ Outdoor furniture of 2 chairs & tables supposed to be for every room BUT I was told they got blown away in a storm.

Great Location but In Need...

Disliked: The property is in a great location close to town, and the reception staff were lovely. However, it really needs a deep clean and some TLC. The photos make it look new, fancy, and clean, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to that. The towels had stains, the shower door and tray were dirty, mould on the ceiling and windows, and the carpet was taped down at the edges. There was also mold around the toilet and behind the vanity. It’s a shame, as this place has so much potential.
