Disliked: Black mould in the bathroom, very hard and uncomfortable bed.Was advertised with restaurant, but there was none.

Disliked: Our experience was disappointing due to a power outage that occurred around 4 or 5 a.m. We reported the issue to the manager through the cleaning crew later that morning. Unfortunately, they entered our room with their shoes on despite the rainy weather, leaving a mess and failing to apologize. They seemed unsure of what was happening, and there was a noticeable language barrier.After observing their struggle to resolve the issue, I personally checked the power box, identified the section with the fuse problem, and suggested leaving that part off while restoring power to the rest so we could at least pack our belongings and check out.Despite this, it took over an hour for them to return, and they asked us when we were planning to leave rather than addressing the situation properly. This could have been handled much better.

Liked: Night gowns were good bonus. Kitchen facilities slthough didnt use were good. Bee was hard but didnt wake up sore but slid off as ots angled on one side for some reason
Disliked: First motel ever that never provided milk. Chair at desk was unsittable all you felt was springs and can see them indentations in the leather covering. Black mould frequent in shower around framing especially low down. Price reflects this though so not complaining
