Next time we are in the city, we will definitely stay there again.

Liked: The NYLO was a great hotel and very close to the Beacon Theatre.

Liked: I liked the rooms, the bar and lobby area was very nice and the staff was very polite and helpful
Disliked: I didn't like that there was no option for breakfast, there was no juice at the bar whatsoever and some rooms are not very well isolated. My friend complained about the fact that his window wasn't closing fully. And it was the middle of the winter, like -10 C. Also, the room heating is very very loud.

Beautiful hotel in a great...

Liked: I got a free upgrade to a penthouse with a spectacular view and lots of space, which makes my experience atypical, but it was very nice for me. The lobby is warm and inviting, and there's a cafe, which looks very nice. And the staff were wonderful. And it's in one of the best neighborhoods ion the city.
Disliked: Bluetooth connectivity with the screens/speakers in the room would be nice. So would a mini-fridge. Also, the lighting options were limited. The natural light in the day was fabulous, of course, but at night the options were supermarket bright or too dim to see properly.

Liked: The room was small and crowded. Little light.
Disliked: With a little work, it could become a very nice boutique hotel

Liked: The staff was polite and overall it was a clean hotel.
Disliked: The hotel didn't have its own parking lot and that was totally awful. I drove there. I couldn't find a place to park. I had to get up early in the morning and pull over on the street. It's a nightmare for me. If you are planning to make a reservation here, definitely do not go there with your car. Because you will be in a really difficult situation and you will be disgraced with your money.
