Nice modern hotel in a...

Liked: Nice modern hotel in a good location. Room and bathroom were spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The snacks and water in the room were a great touch as well. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Second time staying

Liked: The staff was always so friendly, especially Daniel. The rooms had everything you needed, the bed was comfy, and I loved that I could open the window some. The street was super quiet at nice and was in great proximity to the subway.
Disliked: While the room was quiet from any street noise or people above or beside you, the noise the doors make when they close are so loud and comes right through the thin doors to the room. Every time someone went in or out it would wake me up. This wouldn't stop me from staying here again, but it was definitely something I didn't like.

Liked: Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean,helpful staff, water bottles provided every day, great little eating place attached and fabulous location. Literally 5 mins walk to 911 and One World Centre/Observatory plus easy tube access to other areas
