It’s just beside of the...

Liked: The scenic view of the rooftop restaurant is really nice. Worth to have your breakfast there.
Disliked: So far not bad at all.

Excellent and enjoyable stay.

Liked: The breakfast was very good especially the room in on the top floor with city view. The location and room were good as well.
Disliked: No kettle in the room but this was provided upon request though.

Good location but bad FO...

Liked: The location is really good, very easy to reach every where
Disliked: The FO personnel were horrible, they didn't care for the guests at all, we had booked 2 extended apartment rooms, for 7 people, we arrived at 14:00 o'clock, they said the room wasn't ready yet. When we come back 10 minutes before 15:00 which is check in time the room is still not ready yet, they also do not handover any form to fill although they know it is a group of 7 people. A couple minutes before 15:00 o'clock they start giving the form with a very unfriendly act, since I had commented I will need the room exactly on 15:00 o'clock as I had paid.. 15:09 finally got the key and went to the room, which is what we saw is the room not ready yet, the cleaning team still working on it and the room door is open with vacuum cleaner in it. There was also no kettle in the room and when we requested it said they were given out for other guests. And we need to ask for hot water from the bar, The bar employees are nice but they are already busy enough to add on preparing hot water for guests. For the FO is really a no go .. there were still many flaws I can't write it here!!

Liked: Overall quite ok just only the toilet side quite weird with no any door , when take baths became very cold and uncomfortable.
