Magical location and warm welcome

Liked: Location and magical views from our family suite. The room was spacious and the staff were all very welcoming.
Disliked: It would have been great to have a little more wardrobe space given that there were 4 people in the room. Also, some of the furnishings needed refreshing / decor tidying.

Beautiful Hotel, great location

Liked: Location is perfect! The propose beautiful, so clean and comfortable also. I slept amazing here! The staff are all so helpful and friendly and lots of complimentary food and drink which is a nice touch. Would highly recommend.

Liked: Location perfect, nice and friendly staff. Comfortable bed, and quiet, clean room. Price/quality very nice at time we have been there.
Disliked: it was a little bit cold in room, but we asked staff to warm a bit, and there was no problem with that. Breakfast was done by staff a there was limited possibility to choose.
