Everything was fine, except housekeeping.

Liked: Good size pool, friendly recreation staff
Disliked: Housekeeping was poor. Instead of doing full clean, they just do things that you asked for. And still not fully. For example, changed towels, but left the old ones in the room, rubbish not taken out, i was told to do it myself.

Disliked: The Website mentioned that we had Cable TV which was wrong, we did not. Also the person at the desk who explained why was rather short and off hand about it. Not a biggie but when you have to pay extra to get parking this then becomes more of an issue. Mind you we do not expect customer service now like it was in the good old days. The room and features we overall good and the pool is great.

Liked: Location, ease of getting into the building, close to good cafe, view from our room
Disliked: No washing up brush or cloth in kitchen, massive cockroach in kitchen, super hard to get fridge open as handles on cupboard door not good to use, bedding not as comfortable as the last time we stayed, not enough space around bed, 2nd bedroom very poor bed frame choice and you cannot even walk around the bed without almost falling over
