Liked: The shower is fantastic! Water pressure was the best. Comfortable bed, staff were lovely. Check in easy and fast. Room was clean. Shower and hand basin products supplied smell Devine and were a nice touch.
Disliked: The room had a funny smell when you first walk in. Needs to be aired or cleaning products changed. It wasn’t pleasant and needed to open the balcony doors straight away. Pillows are a bit average, needed a puffier / firmer option. My biggest negative is when someone uses the toilet through the night the light lights up the whole room through the glass!

Disliked: the street noise outside, it sounded very loud when people were leaving the hotel over the road
