I needed somewhere close to...

Liked: The property is lovely, staff were very friendly, artwork is lovely, rooms are really well appointed
Disliked: Nothing

OK but due to above...

Liked: parking, bed
Disliked: The curtains did not draw across all the way so needed a sleeping mask. The toilet roll holder is back behind the toilet so difficult to reach. The towels were left on the floor but were not replaced for the next day so damp, had to go to reception and they actually asked in an abrupt manner if we had asked for the towels to be replaced. The email re arrival contained a sentence stating for access to the car park we had organised go to this link ... but the link was: "[file deleted]" so when we arrived we stopped outside in the opposite car parking area for 3 minutes. When we got back from checking in we had a fine for $198. Really unhappy with hotel for not providing the details so that we could have avoided the fine - we are not locals.

Overall, comfortable stay in excellent...

Liked: As always room was small but perfectly appointed. Really good shower and amenities.
Disliked: Not very clear information about how & where to access carpark for check-in and stay.Inadequate signage for lifts and which lifts accessed which towers, was unaware until check-out there was a lift for guests that enabled access to all floors. Found reception staff pleasant but not very informative

Liked: Great location near all public transport options. Pool and gym excellent. Great pillows!Clean but not perfectly so.Parking hard to find at check in.
