Terrible Service - Not worth...

Liked: Mainly the Location.
Disliked: I always choose 5-star hotels for their service, but The Adnate Perth fell short. After our first night, housekeeping made the bed but left our used towels on the floor and the bathroom uncleaned. Despite calling reception at 2:30 PM, fresh towels were only plonked onto a bench, while the old ones remained on the floor in a still-wet bathroom.Frustrated, I called reception again. Instead of resolving the issue, the staff insisted the bathroom had been cleaned. It took another complaint and a shocked cleaner to finally fix it.The next morning, I found our coffee pods hadn’t been refilled either. The lack of pride and service from the staff was disappointing. I regret switching from Hilton just for the pool—never again!
