Liked: Lovely location, excellent views over the city, and professional staff. Gorgeous bar area and pool.MOST importantly however we had an issue with our room which we raised on check out. Within 2 hrs the manager called me and apologised profusely and offered us a full refund. What an excellent way to treat an issue and I was VERY impressed how they resolved it so quickly, hence 10/10- would highly recommend and excellent value for a room In the centre of the city which would be Al least 3 times the price in london!

Great hotel, modern and convenient.

Liked: The pool was a big plus. It is by no means large though, so it’s best to get there after the happy hour so that you can find a seat. The breakfast was great, it had all you needed. Staff were very helpful throughout and there was a proper check in desk, not always the case for hotels at this price point. Room was a decent size, and it didn’t feel cramped. Bed was very comfortable too. Location was central and perfectly safe.
Disliked: The pool is open to the public. Given the size of the pool and the lack of seating, this wasn’t ideal for actual guests of the hotel as we often found the pool area packed and crowded.

Disliked: They are a little strict on rules. Dont sit here or there after a certain time etc which was annoying since the premisses has very nice outdoor spaces, only accesible during daytime.
