Liked: Although every one was super friendly and nice .. I ate breakfast 3 x eggs were good bacon rubbery bagel cold. Avocado toast was not toasted and was not spread but chunk on top…pancakes rubbery …Did eat at the roof top. Drinks amazing burger delicious … both Matt’s bar and waiter super nice.
Disliked: Breakfast food serve hot and coffe stronger. The restaurant was clean service was perfect just a bit more help in the breakfast food.

Liked: The roof top pool and bar was a very relaxing area. Having a shuttle available was a huge bonus. The driver, John, was amazing

Disliked: I booked through Booking.com. At check in I was billed an additional $75 for incidentals that would be returned. But instead I was billed the full amount for my room again plus the $75. The charge was not removed the next day as I was told. Disappointing!

Liked: The staff were really helpful. The rooftop pool was fabulous. The room was big and bright and well appointed. Bathroom had a great shower with Milton brown products.
Disliked: The sink tap was a bit powerful and would spray out unless you were very careful. The bar area is too cold!! The air con is over efficient
