Liked: very grand, elegant interior.great, central location.coffee machine and kettle.very comfy bed with good pillows.
Disliked: some things are a bit dated for a five star hotel:- tv channel selection could be better (incl. netflix, amazon, etc)- sound of bathroom tv not great- very old fashioned curtains- only coffee creamer, not real milk- nice hotel bar already closes at 10:30pm- conditions dispenser next to sink instead of in the shower doesn’t make sense

Friendly staff, Great location and...

Liked: The hotel is perfectly located, close to major attractions, shopping, dining, all within walking distance. We had an early flight and the staff was kind enough to let us have our room in the morning without any issues. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with variety of local food also. You can gave good, freshly prepared Omelettes from the Omelette Station.Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: In the breakfast room, The staff was very helpful pouring coffee and clearing the table etc.Since it’s a buffet breakfast, personally I found too many service help in the breakfast room fawning over you. Clearing plates and cutleries as soon as you finish. Sometimes people prefer to use the same plate also for environmental reasons. The attention was a bit too much for me.Was noisy heard housekeeping cleaning rooms, doors banging. Perhaps the doors are not really sound proof
