Exceptional Service, and Location walking...

Liked: Location was very central to everything. The service from staff was impeccable and the restaurant, service and food was one of the best we have experienced and we travel extensively.
Disliked: Room decor was a little dated, however v clean and maintained.

Liked: The staff were wonderful! Helpful and polite. Hotel was a beautiful building and the room and all public spaces were spotless
Disliked: Nothing!

Convenient, spacious room for comfortable...

Liked: Excellent location easy walk to Christmas Market and other sights. Spacious rooms. Hot showers, comfortable beds, nice breakfast. Private parking garage with friendly concierge to help guide us and he also helped with luggage. Reception staff very kind and spoke English fluently. Breakfast had delicious crossaints and good selection.
Disliked: Windows did not seal well and there were no shutters, so there was a lot of street noise until about midnight. This didn't bother us as we were up late. While restaurant atmosphere was lovely and servers were attentive, dinner menu had limited selection with too many mushrooms on everything.

Liked: The location is just perfect. In the heart of the Old town but on a quiet street. The room was spacious, cozy and superclean. Complimentary coffee and water. The staff was helpful and suggesting great options.
Disliked: Everything was great.
