Liked: Very big family room ! All recently renovated.
Disliked: Breakfast was average .. and no snack allowed at the sofa 's near the fireplace ..

Disappointing

Liked: Bedding wasn’t changed while we were there
Disliked: Cleaning team didn’t change the bedings

Liked: Lovely specious hotel in a good location with metro across the road.Had a pizza in it the first night that was tasty. Bed was comfy with a decent sized bathroom and good shower.
Disliked: One of the bedside tables had sticky drink stains all over it and the throw on the bed was very badly stained.

Impeccable presentation with some minor...

Liked: The hotel was largely impeccable. The furnishing, decorations, etc... were all in excellent state and very clean! The common areas are confortable and elegant; and the location, literally in front of a metro station, is extremely convenient.The bedroom windows do open wide enough to let some air inside (a problem in some hotels, not this one) and the bedroom itself in quite spacious and not very expensive (compared to other hotels in the city). There is a surprising amount of space to sit or place objects around the room!
Disliked: Many services, including parking, bike rentals, and breakfast, come with additional charges. It would be more courteous to offer these complimentarily to customers, who have already paid for the room.The breakfast is decent, particularly the charcuterie, but (at least during winter) there were very few fruits and vegetables options. Among itens absent were: melons, watermelons, papayas, pineapples, mangoes, grapes, pancakes, waffles, mushrooms, beans, rice and baked tomatoes.No hair conditioner was offered at the shower. Speaking of which, the shower screen glass does not completely enclose it from the rest of the bathroom, making it somewhat impossible not to spill a bit of water on the floor during a shower.
