The staff let it down

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: The location and the hotel were very good apart from the staff which have no manners or respect, i paid for the room not recieve it for free for them to be talking to me like and it wasnt just one staff multiple of the staff had this weird attitude which i could not understand. But the hotel room the location and cleanliness were very good

Nice room, near Ahoy Arena

Liked: The room is spacious and clean. Near Ahoy Arena, 25 minutes walk or 10 minutes drive.
Disliked: The staff could be friendlier. There were still workings on the hotel, so on Saturday morning we woke up very early because of the noise.
