Superb staff. Wonderful people.

Liked: We had to visit Rotterdam from the UK with only a days notice as we had devastating news that we had lost our daughter who lived over here. The staff were so sympathetic to our loss and catered for me, my wife and other daughter with great dignity and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble for them in our two days here.

Overall a superb stay!

Liked: It was very near the Maassilo, so the location was excellent. The staff was super helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The only thing I have to say is that the temperature of the shower did not work so we had to shower with very hot water, that was not so nice. But we didn’t take action ourselves, so it is fine. Maybe this can be checked out.

Comfortable stay in Rotterdam

Liked: The location of the hotel is beside a metro stop, which conveniently takes you to the city centre. The ground floor/lobby is fully renovated and looks great. The breakfast was really good, with a lot of options, and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The room we had was on the 11th floor, so we had great views, but it was a bit dated and small.
