Disliked: Do not disturb sign is mostly ignored and rooms are cleaned up nevertheless.

Wonderfully appointed hotel

Liked: Stayed 2 nights in this wonderful cosy hotel. Nothing to complain about. The rooms were comfortable and clean as were the beds. Right next to the bell tower but insulation was good and no complaints about noise. the location was as central as it got being right next to Piazza Maggiore. Staff were most helpful when we needed an extra room and gave a special rate for that! walkabel to most of central verona which means yummy foods ! great climate control given its winter!
Disliked: rooms a mite small but I guess thats par for the course in a city built that long ago! charming building

Cool hotel in the heart...

Liked: The room was even better in person, so very cool and spacious. We stayed in the “apartment” nice to have hotel amenities and the space.
Disliked: Driving in was so tight and unloading nearly impossible due to parking and zone restrictions, very stressful.

Liked: The property was centrally located just next to Piazza Maggiore and good restaurants and shopping district. Nice to just walk around.
Disliked: I don’t have any dislikes about the property.

Charming hotel in an excellent...

Liked: The hotel is charming and has character. It is located just off the Piazza Maggiore, near enough to walk easily but far enough to reduce most of the noise from the piazza. The room was comfortable and perfectly adequate for two people. Breakfast was a buffet on the premises. There were nice restaurants nearby, including a couple right across the side street from the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I can't think of any drawbacks to this hotel.
