Lovely hotel near the heart...

Liked: The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had asked for the Diabolik room if possible and they had reserved that for us. The bed was very comfortable, nice to get a proper balcony for fresh air and breakfast was included and tasty. The room had everything anyone could need.
Disliked: The room was a little tired,but that's ok because we were too! Ditto the bathroom but everything worked well - it's just aesthetics.

I would recommend if you’re...

Liked: Nice, helpful stuff,Good location- 10-15 minutes walk from porta nuova train station, close to public transport, not too far from the station (less than 10 minutes by car), many restaurants nearby.Decent breakfast included in the price.
Disliked: Ugly rooms, could use a renovation. Half of the lights in the room didn’t work and there was no hot water. All the towels and sheets smelled like vinegar, but other than some dust on high spots, the room was pretty clean.

Very good

Liked: This was my second stay at this hotel. It's is beautifully decorated. The staff are very helpful and it is convenient for getting to Porta Nuovo station.

Great idea but definitely needs...

Liked: The art in general and special look of each room/ space
Disliked: Most things (bathrooms/ decorations/ window shutters/ furniture pieces/ doors/ elevators/ cups and plates) were broken………. There was mold on the walls and floor corners, especially in the bathroom. The Breakfast, in another area/building was incredibly overcrowded and impossible to enjoy with staff overwhelmed and clients mostly furious and stressed. Not pleasant even if understandable. It can happen but….. would not repeat the experience for many reasons unfortunately.Would love to go back once all is settled deeply, for sure.
