Very poor

Disliked: It’s become dilapidated and very cigarette Smokey despite being in a nonsmoking room _ the doors mix smoking rooms and non smoking. It was quite cold and the heating did nothing but make noise.

Apart from the problem already...

Liked: It has a very nice staff and it is a very nice place to stay.
Disliked: There was an issue about a girl who got into my room at some point. An argentinian girl accidentally walked into my room thinking that it was her own. Very human mistake, very normal when you really don’t know the building. However, the problem I have relies in the fact that her key worked perfectly, I had my door locked when it happened but the girl in question didn’t even noticed it was the wrong room until she was inside the room.I think this constitutes a huge danger to the security of the people staying here. This time it was a human mistake, but when a person with ill intentions realizes that as long as you have a key you can enter other rooms, then it is going to be a problem.

Torino offers better solutions for...

Liked: The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was big. Unfortunately, there is nothing else on a good note. The hotel was a good one in the past, but now that beauty is an old memory.
Disliked: Everything was rather decadent. A memory of a happier past. The shutter in the room was blocked and could not be opened. The floor was cold but no slippers were offered. The bathroom had several inconveniences. It seems that this hotel is in need of major renovation. The breakfast room was outside the hotel and one had to walk about 20 meters in the rain to reach it. The breakfast buffet offered a very poor variety of low quality food, what one could buy in a supermarket on a very limited budget. One cannot expect this from a hotel that shows 4 stars at the entrance.
