Exceptional

Great idea but definitely needs...

Liked: The art in general and special look of each room/ space
Disliked: Most things (bathrooms/ decorations/ window shutters/ furniture pieces/ doors/ elevators/ cups and plates) were broken………. There was mold on the walls and floor corners, especially in the bathroom. The Breakfast, in another area/building was incredibly overcrowded and impossible to enjoy with staff overwhelmed and clients mostly furious and stressed. Not pleasant even if understandable. It can happen but….. would not repeat the experience for many reasons unfortunately.Would love to go back once all is settled deeply, for sure.

Liked: The staff and service areas were great. Breakfast was good- good location
Disliked: The rooms were basic, a little tired but it was comfortable

Liked: The people were very nice and provided great service
Disliked: Everything looked old and damaged, the bathrooms pipes were clogged in the lavatory and the shower cabin. The elevator smelled terrible, the decorations were very bizarre.

Liked: The bathroom was really nice
Disliked: The bed wasn’t so comfortable, it was hard and springy, and it was two single beds put together on a double bed frame.

Good value for money in...

Liked: The room is a little bit strange (decoration) but nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The surroundings are a little too quiet, no restaurants or stores very close to the hotel

Liked: Reception entry, double bed.
Disliked: Bathroom not so clean, poor hot water, nothing on the fridge, design of the room.
