Liked: The whole feel of the hotel. The staff were very helpful. Zoe in particular was of great help to me personally, arranging a dental appointment.
Disliked: Our room was a little small for us and our luggage.

Liked: Beautiful, comfortable hotel in a lovely city. Friendly staff. Good food with a range of options. Excellent position for exploring Napier.

Fantastic 1 night stay in...

Liked: Although the room was quite small it was perfectly set up for 1 night stay.Very quirky in a great setting .Very clean and comfortable bed.Bathroom stylish with good toiletries.Great to be able to open the window and door onto a shared courtyard space.
Disliked: A very small point but didn’t like the lack of a bin in the bathroom .

Liked: Centrally located in a historic building. Right across from the Art Deco society and 50 meters from the beach. Ideal place to explore Napier.
