Liked: Checking in was easy and the keys and rooms were ready when we arrived, about half an hour after check in time. There is a supermarket a very short walk way which is convenient. The staff were under a lot of pressure with the leaks in many units due to heavy rain, yet they maintained a positive outlook.
Disliked: We had two units, as we each wanted our own room. We could have manage with just one, as the single bed in the larger room was in the living space. There was a smell of cooking in one room, which wouldn't clear easily. In the other room, the window in the bedroom leaked all over the bed (this was a common problem, and something they are trying to fix) with heavy rain, which meant I ended up sleeping on the single bed in the living room - so just as well we hadn't shared. Arrowtown books up fast, so we didn't have a lot of options available to us. Luckily we were only staying one night, so the leaks weren't too much of a challenge for us. The staff were clearly trying to find solutions to a difficult situation, although they didn't offer anything to us besides an apology. We ate out when we were there, so didn't need to use the cooking facilities.

Liked: We absolutely loved Arrowtown motel in everyway. The rooms were exceptional value for money. We will definitely be back and will never go anywhere else

Would definitely stay again.

Liked: The 2-bedroom with kitchen was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy. We washed our clothes there. The location is very close to town center.
Disliked: The dryer will dry smaller loads faster, but for $10 we washed about 3 large loads.

Great little motel tucked away...

Liked: Nicely appointed, clean and quiet. First place i've stayed with a real plant - that was a nice touch.
