A nice, comfortable guest house.

Liked: This is a small, comfortable house, easy to find a short walk from Hamilton Central railway station. The prices are very good and the landlady is nice. There's no integral wifi but there is public wifi which you can sign up for.

Exactly what I needed for...

Liked: Suited me in many aspects, location ,value, facilities and friendliness. I appreciated my hosts informative and willingness to help me regarding the area and location of amenities in the immediate vicinity. All in all a relaxing, stress free visit. TV reception not good but not a big problem due to it being a relatively short visit.
Disliked: TV reception as above.

Homely stay

Liked: Great welcome and lovely dog, very homely feeling. The central heating wasn’t working during my stay which the owner communicated and supplied extra heater so no problem.
Disliked: The pub nearby was little loud, but quiet from 11pm.
