Liked: Everything from the friendliness of staff, the dining choices and the scenery surrounding the location.

Excellent Location and Good Value...

Liked: I liked the location, it is situated in close proximity of Loch Lamond and Inverary Castle. Staff were very helpful and courteous.Breakfast and Restaurant food was excellent.There was ample free car parking facility.
Disliked: Even though asked for a Triple Room, we were allocated 1 Single Room and 1 Double Room.

Liked: The staff were first class. Nothing to much trouble. Drinks were a good price and the food on offer was also very good. Nothing to complain about. Just a nice hotel with a nice atmostphere. Location of course was top class.
Disliked: Nothing really. All very minor issues. Heater in room complicated but room was not cold. TV took time to download but again i am trying hard to fine something i did not like. The reviews i give are hard earned. This was a nice hotel.

Disliked: Booked dinner bed and breakfast. At no point was it advertised that was a fixed menu. Looked at menu on website again nothing advertised to say if dinner bed and breakfast was fixed menu so when sat down for dinner was very disappointed given fixed menu 1 meat choice 1 fish choice 1 vegan choice for starter and main course pudding was 2 choices. Stew poached fish or curry. Didnt like any of what was offered. Breakfast was self service and buffet style much better then dinner although what was mean to be hot food was warm at best
