We had a wonderful stay...

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, which made for a really relaxing experience. The location was perfect-right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore.The hotel itself is super cute, with charming decor that really adds to the atmosphere. All the fire pits outside were an awesome touch. We especially loved the restaurant on site; the food was delicious (amazing grits for breakfast). Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay with everything you need right at your doorstep!

Liked: Cute hotel in the heart of downtown.
Disliked: I like the hotel and the property very much. My only complaint is housekeeping is inconsistent about refreshing the room each day.

Liked: The hotel's look and feel are very nice. The room's styling is on point, and it feels comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the room could not be blacked out due to the lack of curtains on the bathroom windows. I would also have liked the possibility of opening a window for fresh air. The only option the room has is opening the outside door.

Good but reception need more...

Liked: Strategically located, nice room and clean
Disliked: Property no problem, only receptionist, three(3) times i told her at different times to book taxi 3.30am to airport but she insisted the night auditor will do, no call or taxi at 3.30am, most hotels you will let the reception know and they will do it than inform the guests. Luckily i managed to call one and save my day.

Comfortable Week-long stay

Liked: The staff were super and the location unbeatable. Lovely grounds too. The rooms were thoughtfully designed with light switches, hooks, and outlets perfectly located for convenience and good quality finishes. For example, the lighting had two settings dim for evening and bright for working or getting ready. The bed was super comfortable! The restaurant on site is excellent.
Disliked: Would have been great to have a kettle in the room as well as a writing desk - even a small ones . The room card malfunctioned several times. The staff member was always ready to provide new cards but it was inconvenient given the number of times this occurred.

Liked: Walkable to all the downtown popular spots. Courtyard is nice and we enjoyed the fire pits.
Disliked: There was a constant noise that sounded like a plane about to take off. I presume from the heating system, it was annoying but we tried to laugh it off. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and sounded like loose boards underneath every time we moved.
