The hotel is conveniently situated within easy walking distance of Kings Cross Station, and many different options for eating out. Our room was small but comfortable, with a new ensuite; very clean and quiet, being at the back of the building. I would not hesitate to return to Arriva Hotel.

Value for money given the location.

Liked: Very comfortable bed, very clean, new looking bathroom with great shower
Disliked: Tiny room, very thin walls - could hear the person next door snoring and a lot of noise from the corridor

Liked: We had to move from a different hotel (Melville hotel, avoid like the plague!) Arriva were so helpful and kind. Very nice staff clean room and superb price.

Liked: Amazing value for money with unexpected tea making facilities and hairdryer.
Disliked: A very dodgy bed that had definitely seen better days…

Disliked: The room was hot even with the window open. The radiator (or pipe) made a banging sound throughout the night. Only one pillow which was flat. Bathroom tiny & everything looked very tired.

Great stay

Liked: It was very close to Kings Cross station. It was very quiet which I wasn't expecting. The staff were friendly, the room was basic but had everything we needed and had a fan.We didn't have the breakfast included but there is a delicious cafe just round the corner.

Liked: Clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable although the room was warm as the heating was on, but it did switch off eventually. I couldn't open the window due to the noise from outside.The shower was spotlessly clean and the water was hot.
