Disliked: No heating in my bedroom. No phone, so could not contact reception. I'm 74 years old .I was put on the top floor, had no lift, and had to carry my own luggage. I mention my problems to staff and not interested.

Liked: The room was absolutely amazing. The best room I have ever stayed in. I didn't want to leave. I will always recommend your beautiful hotel with the most amazing staff, to everyone and anyone I know.
Disliked: That i can't love there!!!! Absolutely nothing to complain about

Good value hotel

Liked: Good value hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Comfy bed. Free parking. Good location.
Disliked: Room was hot and window so high up it was hard to access. Shower curtain makes showering unpleasant - screen would be so much better. Poor compliments tray.

Liked: We came here several times already and this time we were given a very spacious room with a very nice bubble bath. And again we slept very well on the most comfortable mattresses.
Disliked: Nothing
