Liked: Very friendly owner. Close to the rink where we were playing games. Just good people and a fair price and room.

Good value for a basic...

Liked: I was struck with how clean the property was. It was also very quiet so I slept very well on the comfortable bed. The location was excellent, within walking distance of several eateries and a grocery store.
Disliked: They need to provide either a bathmat or decals in the tub. I found taking a shower a little scary as there wasn't any traction on the floor of the tub. A grab bar would also have been appreciated.
