Noisy, staff was not helpful

Liked: Good position, accomodations and clean room
Disliked: At arrival they hold 50$ charge on the credit card. They forget to refill bar completely, not even a bottle of water was present. After asking to refill they said they couldn't restock because someone of their staff was missing and just kept holding the 50$, I had to call UberEATS just to get something to drink.There was a dog barking at night inside the building.

Disliked: We rented a Suite Deluxe 76 square meters for 15 nights. Our apartment was at street level with approximately 10 square meters of glass in the wall facing the street. This allowed most of the traffic noise into the room, especially revving MC:s and honking cars. When people were outside the apartment on the sidewalk, you could not only hear them talking, you could hear what they were saying. We know heavy traffic is to be expected in Mexico City, but this location did not allow for sufficient sleep, which affected our entire vacation. Ear plugs were provided on the night stand as we arrived, so if one can sleep with these, it might work.We were offered to change to a much smaller room, but with us being four adults, this was not an option for us.
