Disliked: I recently stayed at this hotel in central Milan, expecting a luxurious experience given its 5-star rating and high price tag (over €1000 per night). Unfortunately, my stay was far from restful due to the hotel's poor soundproofing and lack of service.Our initial room was on the second floor, directly above a nightclub located on the ground floor. The noise from the club was unbearable — the floors were literally vibrating, and the music was so loud it felt like we were inside the club. It was absolutely impossible to sleep.I tried calling the concierge multiple times to request a room change, but my calls and messages were ignored. I had no choice but to go down to the reception at 1 AM to address the issue in person. The staff finally moved us to a room on the 5th floor, where the floor no longer vibrated, but we could still hear the faint sound of music, which was far from the level of comfort one would expect at a 5-star hotel.For the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard of comfort and service. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful stay in Milan. The management clearly prioritizes their nightclub business over the comfort of their guests, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Save your money and stay elsewhere if you want a good night's sleep.
