Disliked: That it didn’t have a car park unless you paid $40 for valet parking. No wardrobe in bedroom. We were only there for one night so it didn’t bother us but it would have been a problem if we were staying longer.

Good value and location, hospitality...

Liked: The property has a great location in Wynwood, ability to walk to many things and a quick ride to everything else in Miami. The room was efficient but stylish. I enjoyed the pool. Despite the large size of the property it felt very boutique. The staff were generally gracious (at least by Miami standards).
Disliked: The hotel really pushes you to use its food & bev options, even providing a daily incentive, but the spaces, offering, and service are disappointing. Especially the options on floor 3 which seemed to be closed for private use or just completely not worth dining at every time I attempted to visit. I won’t say they are worse than other similar properties I’ve stayed at in Miami, but this is not meeting the standard for American (or Latin) hospitality, rather highway robbery. The pool is under staffed (or not staffed), even during peak hours there were soiled towels covering all available unused lounges and no fresh towels available. A call to reception was necessary to remedy this issue. The pool bar was also notoriously light on advertised beverages. If you want a real Miami pool this is not the place. Finally, I found it very annoying that they placed the minibar items in the wardrobe closet, where any normal human would place their clothing or luggage rather than above the mini fridge where it would normally belong. It felt like they were trying to prioritize these auxiliary sales above my basic comfort.

Liked: Room was clean and updated. Good location.
Disliked: Too close to night clubs, so music was loud in the evening to early mornings. Ear plugs were made available on the nightstands.

Liked: The design, the cleanliness, staff is amazing, the bar downstairs is great, rooms are very cozy.
Disliked: Would appreciate having access to the rooftop a bit longer in the day. With work hours never managed to be there before it closed.

Disliked: 1. The room was very small. It was so tight my husband and I couldn’t have our luggage open at the same time. 2. The lighting in the bathroom was too dim. It was difficult for me to do my makeup.
