Not a family appropriate hotel

Liked: Its location and style
Disliked: The rooms were far too small. We had nowhere to open our luggages, empty them and hang our clothes. The rooms were dirty with dry coffee on the table, hairs on the floor and water faucet barely working… some of the room features such as the wireless phone charger was not working either… the hotel was extremely noisy and we had to ask to change room moving from the 4th to the 5th floor which unfortunately didn’t change much and the music then came from the street and not the hotel anymore. A group of girls finished their party in the room next door which kept us up until around midnight… for a family with 2 kids aged 8 and 11, this was not the best choice…

great for the wynwood attractions....pool...

Liked: Location for Wynwood attractions as well as roof top pool....
Disliked: bar tender on the grd floor was very grumpy.double room beds are small

Nice place to stay if...

Liked: The decor is very pretty and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They were kind and let me stay and enjoy the pool after I checked out since my flight was later in the evening. The neighbourhood is a cool vibe! Appreciated the earplugs provided in the room!
Disliked: Attention to some small details seemed to be lacking- ie clearing away towels on loungers at the pool, phone charger in my room didn't work, only blackout blinds no sheers, taps in bathroom were wonky (one of mine even fell off), no down pillows, Limited housekeeping (they missed me one day even though I was out for large chunks of the day)/ no turndown service etc. Not a big deal- but the rest of the place felt luxurious so that these small oversights felt like it was pretending to offer a level of service it didn't quite meet. Haha I know I'm really nit picking here! It IS a nice hotel!!!
