Overall was a good stay...

Liked: Very friendly staff, specially Alejandro
Disliked: The pillows were not comfortable and had a little bit of a smell.The water from the shower soaked the entire bathroom and the door wouldn't close all the way

Liked: Friendly staff, front disk gave us free coffee which was nice. Smooth check in/out process. Lovely shop at entrance and they have daily movie night events
Disliked: Bathroom sliding door not fully closing which was major downside to our stay. Room is tiny as well

Liked: We did like the location and hotel staff. Also, the building was in good conditions and well maintained.
Disliked: The room size was not large enough to allow for easy movements across the room for all guests (and for instance, there was no space where to fit medium/large-sized luggage). The overall cleaning conditions of the room were quite poor, we found dust in more than one spot (e.g. floor space under the bedside table, on the extractor fan grill). We were also not particularly satisfied with daily room service, as our room was not made up twice over our six-day stay.

Liked: Great, I have stayed here before. The bed is best for one person as otherwise you will need to climb over your partner. Very cozy but has everything you need. Clean room and spaces and friendly staff.

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: A bit small for the room, the shower is fixed on top of the head position. The washing basin is draining very very slow.Restaurant food selection is very limited.
