Liked: I've stayed at Arlo several times - each time has been excellent. Superb service. Rooms are abit cozy but other than that - super recommended

Semi met expectations. Mid level...

Liked: Appreciated the staffs ability to cater to guests and multitask, they werre extremely busy most of the time yet didnt have guests waiting for requests.
Disliked: Laundry service is dry cleaning not proper wash/dry as listed. I ended up spending way above my expectations on this when they had the service listed as included.

Superb

Liked: Cool, clean, the lobby is very nice, rooftop bar is nice, friendly staff, good location
Disliked: Room is very small. Rooftop parties were noisy- may not be suitable for people who like it quiet.
