Liked: Place was very busy, so they had a line to check in, but staff was so kind and friendly.
Disliked: Elevators take forever to come get you. Got a bunk bed instead of a king, but the view was amazing in that room, so I can't complain.

Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect for tourists as it’s really close to most attractions and easy to commute to more further attractions. Rooms are pretty small but cleaned daily and my stay was comfortable.
Disliked: The £15 voucher can only be used in the diner and not for coffee.

Disliked: I didnt like the left side of the view since it was covered with walls but still was awesome

Disliked: The heating was not the best, the room was cold. The room has no coffee machine, no kettle or tea bags, which usually it should be provided for considering it's a 4 star hotel.
