Great location but there’s probably...

Liked: The location is fantastic and the relationships it holds with local businesses such as HealthX and Tonehouse are very cool.
Disliked: We picked the hotel from a shortlist of 5 solely on the basis that it had a rooftop. The rooftop was closed and we did not receive any notification regarding this.

Expensive and very small rooms....

Liked: Perfect location. Beautiful view of the Empire State Building on the rooftop. Friendly staff.
Disliked: I had 2 different reservations so I asked if they could put me in the same room so I didn’t have to change rooms during my stay. They said “sure” and the next day they asked me to remove all my stuff and change rooms. I chose the same hotel on purpose so I didn’t have to change rooms. I paid 400 usd a night and had to change rooms in a hurry because they wanted to clean it and give it to another guest. Which was stupid, I could have stayed in the same room and they could have given the other room to the new guests. The other room looked very similar. In the end I should have stayed in another hotel nearby for a cheaper price since they made me change rooms and floors anyway. The new room I got was next to the electrical closet with made a lot of noise at night and during the day.

Good stay for short business...

Liked: staff were great, location was good too and breakfast was varied. The bed was also very comfortable
Disliked: 1.elevator was very busy all the time and it took forever to go up and down. the main issue i think was that the staff also use the same elevator so it was constantly stopping at most floors. the property desperately needs a staff elevator.2.security is an issue as anyone off the street can enter the elevator and get to the rooms.3.our room was tiny and a little tired. We stayed there for a week and space was limited. The hotel is best for short stays. Our blinds were not remote controlled and were ripping at the edges. It wasn't a cheap stay so one would expect certain standards. 4. A small coffee machine would be a nice addition to the room.
