Other than the floors my...

Liked: Every accommodating and the location was amazing. The staff were super kind and helpful too. Great food options in the hotel restaurant :)
Disliked: The bedroom floors weren’t cleaned since we arrived. It was super frustrating having dust and dirt just all over the bedroom floors every evening when you’d like to come back to a clean space after a busy day around the city.

Liked: I liked the front desk people

Great spot

Liked: Great location to get to east and west side trains (6 and F), lots of gyms around, front desk staff was terrific. In fact all the staff was very friendly and super helpful. I will definitely stay here again! But I now know to ask for a lower floor so I don't have to wait ages for elevator... And can't wait to try the roof bar when it's warmer!
Disliked: Elevator waitWould love a couple more healthier options on dinner menuBed felt short to meBathroom cramped, but I respect the use of space in NYC. And appreciated the in room clothes steamer!

Disliked: the aircon system was pretty noisy and could hear a lot ot road noise too
