Paid for city view, given...

Liked: The front desk staff was pleasant
Disliked: The location wasn’t great. Had to walk through a lot of construction to get there. I booked a city view room. When we arrived, we were given a room with one side of the bed against a wall. Waited for another room and were given an urban view, not a city view. Asked if it was a city view and was told yes but we looked out at brown buildings. The wood in the room was worn and the rooms are very small.

Great hotel

Liked: The design, it was comfortable, Alex in the front desk was so kind and make us feel at home
Disliked: It was marathon weekend and they put a table with fruit but it was to late, we all leave around 6am and when my husband got back to the hotel like at 8 they were putting the table on. A little late.
