Liked: The staff is nice.
Disliked: Seems to look like the lobby and breakfast area are way too small! It took us 1 to 1,5 hours waiting time to get breakfast table ( !!! ?), and then they put us next to air conditioning with 100 degrees F. Was horribly hot.There were hundreds of people in the lobby area, it looked like a cheap motel, packed with people.So, it's not tragic, cause the price was OK, but we expected something better.

Very good modern hotel

Liked: Very good hotel in the Garment District Midtown. Modern with a coffee bar beside the lobby. Lovely room design with an extremely cosy bed setup.
Disliked: I paid extra for a King City room which is supposed to come with a city view but the window just faced another building.

Lively, welcoming ambience. Quiet room...

Liked: my room was very small but incredibly clean and I loved the bathroom. Beautiful tile, great water pressure and the showerhead was very high, which is a treat because I am tall.
Disliked: my room was low down, so my view was basically of the neighboring building, but that is not a fault of the hotel.

Exceptional

Liked: Perfect location, just a 5 minute walk from Times Square. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The food in the Restaurant was extremely good.
Disliked: Nothing
