Disliked: Charged us $20 to go up to our room early even though it was ready upon our arrival. Pretty ridiculous

Liked: I like that it’s in the heart of downtown.
Disliked: I don’t like how they don’t have private parking. The rooms are small for the price you’re paying. It’s not worth $800. You’re basically just paying to stay downtown.

Liked: It was walking distance to the south shore and to the Chicago Theater across the street was millennium park! The staff was so friendly!

Liked: Everything was clean and all the employees were very nice and professional. Location was excellent, close to everything that you want to do in Chicago.
Disliked: We stayed in the back of the hotel and we could hear the train pass by about every 30 minutes. Windows need more thickness so as to block the sound and the pillows are to big that they hurt my neck.
