Liked: Beautiful hotel with a nice sense of chic and wellbeing. Landscaped grounds and gardens were exceptional.
Disliked: The hotel sits within an entirely industrial port area, so there was nowhere to explore on foot nearby once I'd walked in the grounds.

Liked: The spa and the restaurant was very pleasant
Disliked: the room was near a AC which you could hear outside of your bedroom 24/7. the mattress of the bed was a catastrophic and the room was super mini. The staff haf no clue, first we asked for a taxi and the lady at the reception mixed up the room number and order time of the taxi and when we checked out another lady couldnt explain the invoice and told us we had to pay for the spa again even thought we paid already. They were always very friendly but it was a bit unprofessional.
