A night of self care..

Liked: Everything.... being greeted with a personal welcome on the TV was a special touch...the room & bed were very comfortable, very clean & exceptionally quiet. The location was amazing as woollies & bottle shop were literally next door & foodland & speciality shops were across the road... there were cozy 'nooks' everywhere to sit & hide or just watch the world go by... breakfast was yum & all staff were friendly & helpful.
Disliked: That I only had one night there lol

Disliked: poor ventilation, mirror kept fogging up.bed was a bit on the soft side.

Stunning Hotel with beautiful decor...

Liked: A free upgrade sounded so good! A real WOW moment when we entered the Loft Suite! The gorgeous Mahogany dining table was stunning as was most of the decor.Enjoyed the spa, loved everything with this beautiful refurbished hotel! The mattress was amazingly plush and should have given us the best nights sleep ever!.The meals down in the sports bar were excellent as was breakfast! Staff were all lovely and attentive! A couple of things that stopped me giving a 10/10 are explained below.
Disliked: We were given an upgrade which should of exceeded our expectations...instead I barely slept for 1/2 an hour at a time.We had room 603, one of the closest rooms to the lift. I am not a light sleeper, but I was woken up on several occasions from the noise coming from the elevator 😆😴🤣💯We really did want to love this hotel 🏨..Only other gripe was needing to go up the stairs for water (kettle) then back down to boil the kettle and then back up again to wash cup and so on.Maybe a kettle upstairs would be good 😊
