Liked: Not good.
Disliked: Breakfast was not good. Didn’t taste fresh, potatos tasted cold and the bacon tasted like it was days old.

Liked: The resort overall is very nice especially for families using the water park.
Disliked: Our room was dated and although large definitely needed some improvements. The heater is old and only blew cold air so freezing in our room. Also the restaurant is very overpriced.

AZ Grand Resort - 2024

Liked: Everything! Our family loves this resort from the style, comfort, amenities, amazing staff, and of course the Oasis waterpark. We eat at the Lobby Grill predominantly because of the great quality of food & service. This also allows us to maximize our time at the waterpark and pools/spas before dinner.
Disliked: The only real issue I have is the bathrooms have plenty of space but dont have enough wall-hooks or places to put towels & clothes. This is a simple and inexpensive upgrade that brings so much extra value.Also, noise can be a factor because of the design of the resort but staff does well to maintain quiet time between 10p - 7a.
