Liked: The water park is nice
Disliked: The staff are rude, the rooms have two 1/2 gallon garbage cans, we had 5 people staying in a two bedroom condo and the maid service only came once in our 5 day stay. I had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper because we ran out. Overall everything here is over priced, the property is in a bad area. I’ve stayed in’s Scottsdale and Kierland for the same price at much better resorts

Liked: The water park was great.
Disliked: Parking on the property is rough. Also, the building I stayed in only had one ice machine, and it was on the 5th floor. Other building had one on each floor. The prices of food and drink in the water park are insanely high.

Meh wouldn’t do it again

Liked: It’s a full on money grab. Everything is overpriced. The pool was nice. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are dated and I’m not quite sure what angle they use or filter they use for pictures but it’s a total catfish. We paid $300 for an upgrade…the upgrade was to move us closer to the pool. We looked at the staff closet and the parking lot. They put an $1100 hold on your card for the week, just in case. We had to wait 90 mins for clean sheets and a pillow for our kids. And what place has a 6pm check in? Trust me I’m being generous with my ratings.
