I had a memorable time...

Liked: It had great customer service, the employees were amazing and very nice. I love how the property looked. The room was very nice and clean.
Disliked: The room was a little smaller but it was still nice.

Disliked: The room was dirty, the black carpet smelled like cigarettes, the toilet was running water, and there was a lot of noise outside. I booked for two nights, but I couldn't stand the unpleasant smell in the room.

Liked: The hotel staff was great good ethic skills very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff exceptionally great and helpful and patient provided good needed information nice smiles very friendly some places the staff are very mean and don't like to help once you pay out your money but Arizona Charlie's on boulder hwy has improved and very nice very good. Good place to stay
Disliked: The new upgraded rooms should come with microwaves that would make this place complete
