Liked: The manager was very friendly and we where greeted with a smile 😃 makes a big difference and the housekeepers where very friendly and helpful 😀
Disliked: I can't say one thing I didn't like about the arista.

Fantastic Family-Friendly Stay at Arista...

Liked: Our family had a fantastic stay at Arista Motel! Traveling with four children (12, 10, 6, and 3), we really appreciated the spaciousness of the room—it gave the kids plenty of space to play inside. The playground was just the right size, and the spa area was a wonderful treat for us all.The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with the two TVs being a perfect touch to keep everyone entertained. Checking in was seamless, even when we arrived earlier than expected. The staff were incredibly accommodating, letting us check in early to help settle our restless kids, which we truly appreciated.Overall, our experience at Arista Motel was excellent, and we will definitely be returning. A huge thank you to the team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Liked: This is our favourite accomodation to stay whilst visiting Rotorua. Possibly our fourth time here, and booked again. Staff are very friendly, super accomodating on such short notice, and facilities are clean and lovely. Thank you Arista
Disliked: Our spa was a little dirty, but that’s all I could say to improve on.

Liked: Very comfortable bed and friendly staff. Nice layout and storage options. The 2 portable fans were a nice touch. Great location.
