Great location, warm and clean,...

Liked: Brilliant location right in the city and easy to access central station and metro. Easy access to Grand Place and Galleries. Room nice and warm for a cold February visit. Appreciated the kettle and big mugs for our morning cuppa! Great shower. Arrived early and staff secured our bags for us and felt very safe. Lovely view of spire of grand place from our room.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: The bed / mattress was not very comfortable, and the room was tiny, but good, overall.

Disliked: The light under the TV cannot turn off.I booked a superior twin room but I check in with a double room. That will be price differences so I’m not really satisfied with the explanation of the twin room is full

Liked: great location to stay in Brussels and within a walkable distance to the central station where you can take a train to Bruges and Ghent too. Staff were very friendly and helpful and Ava ensured I had some gluten free bread at breakfast on day 2 of my stay.
Disliked: Alleyway view from the ground floor room and the noise from the bins being moved in the morning.

Liked: The hotel is lovely and has nice facilities. There is a large coffee shop on the ground floor and it’s really well placed near the grand place. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated.
Disliked: It was a little cold but a heater was available in my room

Disliked: Construction work on the building next door meant it was very noisy from 7am.
