Disliked: Charged $26 for a bottle of water. Overpriced. Hotel was expensive for the amenities.

Liked: Unnecessarily long check-in and check-out process. Self-checkout doesn't work from room or kiosks. Check-out line was 100 people long. Room controls are complicated and required a reboot to close curtains by calling front desk and waiting 15 min. Nice rooms and great food options.
