Worn, poor staff, past its...
Liked: Good location, walkable to stadium and other attractions. Javier’s was an excellent experience. Casino was not crowded and not very smoky. Easy ride share pickup on lower level. Good tram system for traveling.
Disliked: We booked a King room and were told they were not available at check-in; read the reviews: they do this a lot. Very expensive for what you actually receive compared to other hotels in the area. No coffeemaker, no amenity kit, no bottles of water. Rooms were very worn; this property desperately needs to be renovated. Shower was clogged and we stood in several inches of water each day. Staff interactions were poor; staff acted like guests were a bother and did what was easiest for them. Salt & Ivy had an entire cafe of empty tables and made guests wait in a very long line and would not seat anyone. Then they seated two guests who walked to the front ahead of 30 people and they seated them “because they were platinum”. I understand loyalty programs but this was a particularly bad look for Aria, as one of the guests waiting was disabled in a wheelchair. We won’t stay here again. You have better choices on the strip that are actually luxury.

Exceptional
Disliked: The transparent white curtain was broken in our room. It seemed stuck and wouldn't open or close all the way. It made light come through a bit in the morning.
