Great value!

Liked: The location was good with a reasonable distance from the city center and nearby some restaurants to eat.
Disliked: Maybe some toiletries on offer were not adequate but still good value.

Bad

Disliked: The hotel smells so badly! In the morning from 5 am it starts to smell like bacon. I stayed 2 nights and had allergy attacks because of carpet dust. I checked out and stayed in another hotel. They didn't even solve my issue and the guy at the reception was like: my boss will come later. Horrible experience, DO NOT STAY HERE

Enjoyable

Liked: Nice location. Very handy for our purpose (a gig across the road at Òran Mor). Didn't opt for breakfast, but dining room looked very nice.

Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful, Shazah and a nice gentleman, both extremely helpful and welcoming to my daughter, also giving us milk for her bedtime and yoghurt and fruit for a snack! So lovely
Disliked: Parking is tricky but not impossible, just something to factor in. I was lucky and found a spot just outside the hotel when I needed to unload things, but was less lucky when I drove back to the hotel and didn’t find a spot very close by.

Liked: The breakfast was very good. The hotel accommodated my gluten and dairy intolerance. The location is excellent, set in the West End with all it's amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Olly and Azam.
