Had a lovely stay here. A beautiful, quaint hotel with really friendly cleaning ladies. Reception was amazing, especially Sherry - thank you for helping me so much.

Liked: This hotel is beautiful. The nicest, kindest staff I've ever come across - they went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Such kind, lovely people.
Disliked: Nothing was bad.

Only stayed one night so unfortunately didn't sample the food. The hotel was immaculate, the room and ensuite were beautiful. Hotel in a very quiet part of the city. The young man on reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend! Will definitely return.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable bed, staff is pleasant and helpful. Even though the parking is paid in the main road, there was a small car park free of charge in the rear of the hotel which provided for peace of mind. And I believe that it deliver value for money. I would definitely stay here again next time.
Disliked: Breakfast was not enough for the amount of customers, leading to waiting times. And also it could include more fruits.

Liked: Location we were at OVO Hydro. Breakfast good.
Disliked: We were on 4th floor in tiny room with velux window which we couldn't open. Hot and stuffy. Hotel is a maze would not like to get out in an emergency.
