Had a lovely stay here. A beautiful, quaint hotel with really friendly cleaning ladies. Reception was amazing, especially Sherry - thank you for helping me so much.

Liked: This hotel is beautiful. The nicest, kindest staff I've ever come across - they went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Such kind, lovely people.
Disliked: Nothing was bad.

Lynn, Carlisle, visiting Bellahouston Park Glasgow Thu, 21 August 2014

Only stayed one night so unfortunately didn't sample the food. The hotel was immaculate, the room and ensuite were beautiful. Hotel in a very quiet part of the city. The young man on reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend! Will definitely return.

Liked: Spotlessley clean, very friendly staff.
Disliked: Can't think of anything!

A gem of a hotel

Liked: Night manager was really welcoming and helpful as we arrived off a flight in the early hours. We had a family room which slept all 5 of us. Breakfast staff were attentive and the food was lovely.

Good value for overnight stay.

Liked: Location and free parking
Disliked: The customer service of the man at the reception when we arrived at 3pm on 31/10/24. He mumbled, ignored me whilst focused on his mobile phone and had zero personality/ charisma. By comparison the rest of the staff we engaged with were very pleasant and welcoming. He let the side down. He presented as disinterested.

Great hotel

Liked: Staff were really friendly & helpful Although check in I didn't receive much information about facilities , breakfast times , check out so had to ask an older gentleman that was behind the desk for info , he was really cheerful & helpful Does need a little updating in the rooms but had comfy beds /& clean bathroom with a great powerful shower Would recommend as good location too
Disliked: Rooms needing updated , was needing soundproofing as outside was a little noisy More info at check in would be helpful too

Overall very good.

Liked: Location.I have stayed quite a few times in the Argyll Hotel and have always found it well located as there are many restaurants close by and if I have time I will generally call into the Art gallerey.
Disliked: My only minor issue was the heat in the room. I would have liked to be able to turn the temperature down a little!
