Had a lovely stay here. A beautiful, quaint hotel with really friendly cleaning ladies. Reception was amazing, especially Sherry - thank you for helping me so much.

Liked: This hotel is beautiful. The nicest, kindest staff I've ever come across - they went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Such kind, lovely people.
Disliked: Nothing was bad.

Lynn, Carlisle, visiting Bellahouston Park Glasgow Thu, 21 August 2014

Only stayed one night so unfortunately didn't sample the food. The hotel was immaculate, the room and ensuite were beautiful. Hotel in a very quiet part of the city. The young man on reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend! Will definitely return.

Liked: Spotlessley clean, very friendly staff.
Disliked: Can't think of anything!

Generally a good place to...

Liked: It was clean, quiet & accessible
Disliked: The muddy lane at the back of hotel which we have to walk on to reach our cars. The back door isn’t available to residents. Consequently I had to clean my shoes when I got home

The worst hotel

Liked: Nothing from the word at all
Disliked: We booked a room on the website, everything was fine. We called the reception and asked until what time we could check in, since we were arriving late to the city - we were told that we could check in when we arrived since they had no time limits. We arrived and they told us that there were no rooms! And that they could only offer us a room in another building and lower in comfort, which had a smell of tobacco. When I talk about a refund, they said that this is not possible, since they do not have such a function, I say so give us another room of our class, or a higher class - there are no other rooms - was their answer. They had a room of our class, but there were bedbugs on the mattress, and it was not working. I was very surprised that there was a room on the website, but in fact there was not. Terrible hotel, terrible rooms and also the manager, because he did not find any compromise to resolve this situation and then simply stopped responding to messages
