Liked: Super helpful staff and the property was comfortable and very clean.
Disliked: Nothing.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was perfect for 3 of us and nice area to sit in window, very close to SEC
Disliked: Parking could be an issue but luckily we had a disabled blue badge

Overall, the room is ok...

Liked: For a 3-star hotel, the room was comfortable and clean as I expected. The breakfast was good and met my needs. The staff was very nice and friendly. This hotel is near the University of Glasgow and museums and is on a street with many restaurants close by, so it is very convenient to enjoy different kinds of food.
Disliked: The room is a little bit small. Although the room I booked was on the 1st floor, I had to take the stairs to go down and up. For tourists carrying heavy luggage, it was a big challenge to bring them to the room.

Superb

Liked: Location was great for access to the OVO Hydro, the West End and other areas. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were helpful.
Disliked: The hotel was exceptionally hot. Even after turning off our own radiators we were heated by the surrounding rooms and overall building. Upon entrance it was just too hot.

Very good

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good value and delicious.
Disliked: My room was beside the main stair, so a bit noisy on the Friday night.

Liked: Great location for both work and leisure. Clean with daily room service and quite cozy.
