Disliked: The lift is fully functional but tiny - quite some steps to negotiate through the different parts of the hotel.

Liked: staff were great, helpful, and kind,especially the night shift guy was so friendly.the room was also cozy and nice.breakfast was fine.
Disliked: The distance that I had to take my luggage through the stairs to get to the elevator was annoying.There were some stains on the toilet that needed perhaps a stronger cleaner to completely remove them.Also, there wasn't a towel for my feet so I had to walk to the room with wet feet.
