Disliked: The room key was difficult. The rubbish bin lid does not close. The cups did not match. There was only one pudding/desert bowl. The bedspread was inside out. The shower plastic safety mat is for a bath not a shower.

Disliked: Tired dyed looking facility in need of an upgrade.Beds not comfortable and springs going in bed causing hollows.Smell coming from fridge.Walls dirty and in need of cleaning.Stairwell poor lighting and carpet torn and a real trip hazard.Curtain in room torn and dirty.Bathroom dirty, poor water pressure.Limited kitchen utensils (glasses wine). Fridge smell was terrible.Could do with more pillows for each bed.Wifi very poor quality.TV?? unable to get first night but manager did attend to this next day

Disliked: The cleanliness of room was average. Whole place needs a complete revamp. Beds are so old and very uncomfortable. Rotten board next to shower needs replaced. All in all it’s just very tired which is a shame as the location is fantastic. So close to the arena. Price is probably a little steep for the age of the facilities.

Liked: Location .. Close to train station . Andrew the new manager had only been there 2 days and was very helpful .. I wish him and his wife the best in trying to turn this motel around . Very poor condition ..
Disliked: The property was run down . Unkept dirty . Ripped carpet on stairwell. Trip hazard.. curtains dirty . Stained towels . / linen ..
