Disliked: Kitchen staff had music blaring & room I stayed in was above kitchen so very hot & had window open could hear it even more, when asked to turn it down had intermittent banging on the walls from staff & music turned up in protest, below room was kitchen staff entrance which was also used as social gathering & smoking spot so got cigarette smoke blown into room, also refrigerated unit below room with motor running at random times & staff accessing refrigerator at all hours, request not to stay in room 124
