Liked: Very flexible to accommodate us earlier than the official check-in. Very warm welcome by the staff. Pub downstairs is amazing.
Disliked: Heating of the room wasn't really within our control, but was still managable.

Great place and location

Liked: Lovely, cosy place with great staff and atmosphere. Nice little pub on ground floor with great local gatherings. Room is basic, clean, comfy bed and affordable.

Liked: Room was perfectly clean as was the bathroom. Bedding was very comfortable. Staff were helpful.The 4 & 44 bus-stop is directly outside the hotel - 10 mins to city centre.
Disliked: nothing. was all good.
