Handy base for north Edinburgh.

Liked: Our room at the back of the house was quiet.There was good parking just opposite.The bus service into the centre was good.Convenient location for Leith and the Royal Yacht
Disliked: Ferry road is busy, though there is a pedestrian crossing quite close by.

It was nice not too...

Liked: It was very near a bus stop. It was easy to fine. There were lots of information brochures about things to do and places to go. The staff were helpful and kind.
Disliked: Nothing

We had a lovely time...

Liked: Quiet and comfortable accommodations. Close to an excellent restaurant and close to bus stops so it was easy to get to the city centre. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: I would have preferred accommodations with breakfast but we found a place to eat nearby so that was fine.
