Very good

Liked: It was quaint, very clean, and furnished with antiques. We had access to the kitchen so we could put our perishable food away. The owner was great on the phone and in person the next morning.
Disliked: The rooms were small and the beds could have been better. The breakfast was sparse, especially for someone who's gluten intolerant.

Liked: Location was great. Within walking distance of downtown shopping and dining. Great common areas in home for stting around and reading or watching tv.
Disliked: We are not into continental breakfast, other B&B's usually offer a little more than that.

Brooksville is adorable, but I...

Disliked: There was no one there when I arrived; I had to wait about an hour. The toilet ran all night. The host barely spoke to me.
