Liked: Nice modern room
Disliked: Charged me for a cancellation although I wanted to reschedule for 24hours later. Some staff good others poor attitude.

Liked: Very friendly staff and a well equipped hotel. Gym, Sauna and Bar are available and in a good shape. However, the fitness center is very small. The beds are comfortable as well.
Disliked: It was okay, but not super clean. Some dots in the bathroom, but nothing serious or disgusting.

Liked: Specious room, breakfast was really tasty, clean bathroom.
Disliked: The room was facing the main road, too much noise from ambulance and police cars, making it difficult to sleep.

Liked: Room is bigger than expected and very clean.
Disliked: If able to have more international channel or English Channel. If there is smoking room / designated area within the hotel then will be good.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable

Liked: Comfortable and very clean bedroom. Helpful check in. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the Station, along Steindam street (which is not nice at all), but you are also close to Lange Reihe for lots of nice cafes, bars, restaurants and independent shops.
Disliked: Nothing really. Just wish I knew how to keep the infra- red lamp on in the bathroom for more than 5 seconds!
