Convenient location near central station

Liked: With just one night in Hamburg and an early train the next day, this hotel's location near the central station worked perfectly for us. There are nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket just in front of the hotel. Staff was helpful and our room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: Nothing to do with the hotel itself, but its location. While convenient for train travelers, the area around the central station seemed quite sketchy (you can find comments about safety on reddit for the area easily), so we were careful at night.

Disliked: The area is quite sketchy unfrotunately, although that is not a fault of the hotel.

Liked: Room had a good size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great because close to main station and Underground or busses. Short walking distance to Lange Reihe with many restaurants.
Disliked: The location surrounding. We felt very unsafe in the evening and even not comfortable during daytime.

Liked: Spacious and comfortable room with everything you need; beds and sheets were great!
Disliked: The hotel is well located, near the central station and many bars and restaurants. The area can however be a bit shady late at night.
