Liked: It was relatively easy to find
Disliked: Reception was unmanned at arrival. Despite saying in the description parking was available we were told it would have to be after 10pm (not what you want to hear after a 12 hr drive) and it is a public car park attached to the hotel via lift. Bar was nice.

Great location, great hotel, exactly...

Liked: Bed was very comfortable, the room and hotel was exceptionally quiet of an evening (even during Christmas market season!), breakfast was definitely worth paying for - great choice of hot and cold food and drinks, and served from 6am - 10.30am weekdays. There aren't really any other local options to get breakfast. Bar was friendly and welcoming and very popular with hotel residents, which I liked.
Disliked: We were on the 4th floor and the unlocked hotel WiFi network wasn't even visible in our room. I had a work Teams call during my stay so needed WiFi - I asked at Reception and they (reluctantly) gave me the password to another secure hotel network... definitely worth bearing in mind, although I feel I shouldn't have needed to ask.
